Fussilat ("They are Expounded")
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.[41:38]
But is the (Unbelievers) are arrogant, (no matter): for in the presence of thy Lord are those who celebrate His praises by night and by day. And they never flag (nor feel themselves above it).

* v.38 : It does not in any way affect Allah if men rebel against Him. It is men’s own loss. Allah’s glory is being celebrated night and day by angels and men who receive the privilege of approaching His presence. To them it is delight and an honour to be in the sunshine of Truth and Happiness.
